SHAREPA CEO Pierre-Jean Hanard is the latest guest speaker to be announced for the FinTech Investor Forum in London on November 8.
Hanard will speak alongside a number of other distinguished banking CEOs and heads of innovation on the Bank Innovation panel. The event brings together 100 FinTech investment firms and financial institutions with CEOs of successful FinTech startups and scale-ups.
Pierre-Jean Hanard developed SHAREPA while studying in MIT’s Sloan Fellow Program, having previously worked as Head of Private Wealth Client Segment and Chief of Staff to the COO at HSBC Private Bank. SHAREPA is a WealthTech social investment platform, which leverages the collective intelligence of its investor network to better predict stock price predictions.
Currently, Hanard is on the advisory board of Asian Wealth Community, where he drives organisation inititives and professional activities in Hong Kong. He is also on the advisory board of FinTech Blockchain Startups, where he advises on strategy, business models, company narrative, capital raising, and business and technology partner engagement.
Alongside this, he is a mentor at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, Startupbootcamp and Chinaaccelerator, where he offers advice in one-to-one sessions or through workshops to help articulate vision and platform development. As well as this he serves as an entrepreneurship expert at the University of Oxford.
He is the co-founder of IDDEA, the first early-stage Swiss accelerator program focusing on sustainable investment.
Hannard worked at HSBC from 2008 to 2013 serving as a relationship manager, market intelligence manager and Head of Private Wealth Client Segment and Chief of Staff to the COO. In his newly-formed role of Segment manager, he helped clients with assets below $3m by driving client segmentation, increasing front line effectiveness, profitability and optimizing client experience.
